We're sociable nerds with an affinity for higher ed.
CounterMarch Systems was founded in 2004 and since then has developed software for quite a few colleges and universities to meet their event management, online giving, benchmarking/surveying, and social networking needs. We have deep experience with web application development and all the technologies that developing great apps require.
Steve has a bit of an independent streak that loves the leverage that a group of committed people can exert over institutions. As a committed alumni volunteer himself, he has experienced the "information gap" between the alum and the institution and applies that knowledge to product decisions every day.
A 1999 graduate of Lehigh University, he currently serves as an at-large member and committee chair on the alumni board of directors and is a past president of the Young Alumni Council
Adam is all about solving problems. Sometimes that means making his own life easier and results in a new open source project, and sometimes that means finding the sweet spot between doing things "right" and getting things done quickly for our clients.
He came to CounterMarch from the Wharton School at the University of Pennslyvania where he saw first hand how rewarding it can be to assist in the education of the next generation. Adam's passion is technology and what it can enable otherwise limited organizations to accomplish.
We do so much work in alumni relations it made sense to mention our own alumni.
(that and we're proud of what they've gone on to do!)
