Staff

Stephen Rittler is the founder and owner of CounterMarch Systems. Raised outside of Philadelphia, he got a BS in Computer Engineering from Lehigh University before trying on the corporate life for size. CounterMarch Systems is his second company. He's an avid musician and is sometimes known to attempt conducting while working out a particularly challenging bit of code.

Matthew Cass is a Senior Consultant with CounterMarch Systems and has led a number of projects in that role. He's also knocking out tons of code to support our Ajax projects. Every now and then he finds time to go running and shoot some hoops, both of which are considerably more relaxing after a hard day at the keyboard.

Dayne Mickelson is our latest hire as a Software Engineer. A former basketball player with his sights set on med school, Dayne thoroughly enjoys working with the latest web technologies when he's not thinking about what his MCAT scores will look like.

Christopher Hamilton is our intern. He has helped maintain our network and servers and makes sure our version control systems are working as expected. Every now and then we let him code, which he's quite happy to do!

Support Staff

Jessica McCarthy has been involved since day one as an HR Consultant and Office Manager. Her people skills bring a welcome balance to our engineer-heavy staff!

Christopher Daniels is our director of facilities. In that role, he has consulted on a number of office environment decisions including a relocation effort that went flawlessly. In his spare time, he is a research scientist with Merck and Co. in West Point, PA.
