Customizable

You define the data you want to store - per sport! RecruitWeb combines the performance and power of a standard core database with customization capabilities that are second to none. If the football staff wants to capture and track 40 yard time, they can easily create a field for that and have the data immediately available in all reports for their recruits - with absolutely zero impact on all other programs.

Communication Management

You control the communications with each and every recruit. See all interactions with a recruit, regardless of which member of your coaching staff spoke with him/her - even those from other sports that may be recruiting this student!

RecruitWeb has a sophisticated mass email tool that tracks all outbound messages, logs these communications on the recruit's record, tracks message views and wraps all of your notes in an attractive template design that shows off your program.

Information Management

You have the power to filter and sort and export and manipulate recruit data as you see fit. Our list creation tools are simple and easy to use, featuring "plain english" instructions and descriptions of what your selection criteria are. After you've created a list, you can export the recruits on that list to Excel (specifying the data you want in the document with just a few clicks), send a mass email to all of them or add a note to their records all at once. We make it easy to work with groups so you can spend your time recruiting, not entering data!

We can also generate a quick report on demand for any given recruit that gives you an overview of the most important data on a recruit. This is handy for when you're heading in to a meeting with the recruit (or his/her parents) or planning on a rainy weekend on the soccer field. Point, click, done!

Recruit Self-Service

RecruitWeb includes a sub-application that handles recruit self service - the initial indication of interest that they have in your programs. This data is automatically imported in to RecruitWeb after a quick review by a staff member to ensure the elimination of duplicate entries in the database. Our advanced data reconciliation tools make this a quick and easy task!

The self service application also checks to see if a recruit has submitted information in the past, and if so, only prompts the recruit for updates to sport-specific information, saving them time and streamlining the review process. No more filling out every piece of information to just to provide an SAT score update!

Data Integration

RecruitWeb is easily integrated into any existing environment. As part of your installation agreement, we handle the creation of import/export utilities for integration with your student information system (such as Banner) and/or website (to gather initial recruit contact information). We can integrate via XML API, Web Services or simply creating/reading Excel/CSV files on either end. RecruitWeb supports any of these interface methods quickly and easily, using a documented API that you have access to from any other system on campus. Build more systems around RecruitWeb or contract us to do it for you - the system was designed to be extended!
